Be nice boys and girls (optional)

I’m starting to believe that there is such a thing as being too nice.

I’m starting to believe that even self proclaimed nice people really just care about their niceness, that they are offended by their own niceness not being recognized, not by the supposedly lack of niceness in other people.

Nice guys finish last it is said. For the record let it be known, nice girls do too.

At the end of my words lies silence.

In the silence are my actions.

My actions.

If I mistype my nick, it becomes Sawn.

Those who are nice to have their niceness recognized are more selfish than those who own their selfishness.

Nice people freak me out because, they have to be up to something.

Je veux pas finir dernier, ni premier. Je veux pas participer à la course.

ahh Dave. right! and lollll. sounds familiar. probably blogged about this a few years ago… but I agree, to a certain point. and it’s unfortunate that the way things are, we can’t even appreciate niceness. it’s sad.

Enrique. can you say Pamplona? des fois, on a juste pas le choix de courir.

There is a time and place for nice. I tend to err too much towards nice, then I pay the price and I get steamrolled, manipulated, or used, even in just a slight way.

There is also a time and place to be a snarling dog with snapping jaws. Some people deserve to get bitten in the arse!

First, it was really nice (no pun intended) to hear from you.

Some people can be nice without an ulterior motive. They do it anonymously or in private. OTOH, if being nice makes them feel good about themselves, who are they really doing it for.Personally, I tend to shy away from people who tell me what they are. I like to figure those things out based on someones actions.

and nice to see you here! totally agree with you of course. and you know how it goes. the louder the words…
