Fridays in transport

I’d like to know… To understand… At what point does screaming at your colleagues and employees become acceptable. At what point this:

I need this done, I want this to deliver Monday morning. Don’t tell me it won’t be done! I CAN’T FUCKING BELIEVE YOU PEOPLE. YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK YOU ARE DOING. NOW GET THIS DONE, GET YOUR FUCKING JOB DONE AND DON’T YOU TELL ME AGAIN WHAT CAN AND CANNOT BE DONE.

is acceptable.

Why do you think that by telling YOUR boss all this is overblown and that you have witnesses who will say you did not swear that it will make a difference?

What kind of respect, motivation and dedication you expect to get from your employees by yelling, belittling and insulting them?

How can you expect me, the team leader, to take your side? How can you expect me to stay here and cover your fucking asses?

And I can’t help but wonder, how would you feel if the tables were turned? How would you take this kind of abuse? Then again, maybe you would not have to endure this.

Because the fact that you have a penis changes everything.

I can tell you one thing. Had you screamed at ME this morning, it would’ve gone a little further than this. A little further than “I did not swear, therefore no big deal.”.

Fuck I’m tired.

It’s never acceptable. There is no point where it is.
